Loved their Callos a la Madrillana. It's not quite the way mom makes it, but it's okay. They gave us complimentary bread and pesto dipping sauce while we waited for our orders. We noticed though that rice portions are tiny, like they're not a full cup. Their Chicken Adobo was dry, definitely not how we wanted it. Their cheesecakes are sugar-free, just the way we needed them to be. Upside: there are sockets for when we need to do some work. It's giving Mom and Tina's vibe, with a lot of pastries you can purchase for to-go. Downside: the acoustics inside the restaurant were terrible. You hear everything, every conversation. Price point is high, definitely not student budget-friendly, considering their location inside the University, and in relation to their serving sizes. Do we recommend this place? Sure. Are we going back? Yes.

We thought we were walking into the cafe of the hotel (to be fair medyo hilo na kami sa intense noontime heat and the walk across the field) -- but it's another Dalcielo branch! Mga 2 seconds lang kami disappointed coz having gone to the branches along Lopez Ave and near the UPLB gate, we knew we'll enjoy the food. The crispy dinuguan was satisfying as well as the callos so we cancelled our plan to just share 1 cup of rice (what a silly idea). Our kid was attending her remote makeup class so she asked that we finish her leftovers (tsk! j/k lol). Thanks for the extra bread and pesto!

Great quiet place. Staff is very nice. Too bad of the paper straws, when they get wet, they get soft and everything you drink taste like paper, and I was sure I ordered a watermelon shake... Food is presented nice to make you even more hungry 😋 and it is also cooked well. I had the rib eye steak this time. View is not so great, but the restaurant looks nice, with a lot of paintings to look at

A TRULY EXCELLENT RESTAURANT. The very best in Los Baños. A little pricey, but the food is top notch. Pies/cakes are so-so...Except the apple pie with vanilla ice-cream. It is a culinary masterpiece. A dessert tour-de-force. They have beaten Mary Grace's apple pie with this. Although, Mary Grace still has the best carrot cake. Dalcielo's apple pie is a must-try if you visit. Their mains are outstanding. We have tried a variety and we highly recommend toasts with artichoke dip, roast beef, and grilled chicken. Staff service (and their uniform design) may need some improvement, but they have a very, VERY good chef working in the kitchen. Their baker gets the 'best apple pie in the country award'. 10/10. We have not tried their pizzas yet, but we will see if we change our rating then. (Review based on 5 dinners/lunches in this specific restaurant...
