Mang Inasal iMall Antipolo — Restaurant in Luzon

My experience here was always good. Can't believe why others gave this branch a low rating.

This branch and the one closer to Shopwise was always my go to Mang Inasal branch here in Antipolo. Even though I'm closer to the Mang Inasal branch beside Chowking near church, I'll never ever go there. They deserve 1 star only and that's because of the food. The rest, especially the service is awful.

By the way, big thanks to Cheavin in Mang Inasal iMall branch. He's really good at his job, making sure every customer is well served. Good luck to you Cheavin.

Additional review: As always, good service talaga. Kung may nakaka-experience dito na hindi maayos, baka nasa inyo na problema. You don't own the place so try to be courteous din. I always respect the crews kaya siguro I always received a good service.

I ordered on food panda earlier at past 8:20 and I just got my order now. I had a chat with the food panda rider kase we are expecting na andito na yung order in 20 minutes, but sabi nung driver he kept on following up tapos ang response lang sakanya puro "12 minutes" and he too was frustrated. 12 minutes have passed pero sinabihan ulit siya ng another 12 minutes. I don't really mind on waiting and if my food was already cold but please do not invalidate the riders when it comes to their pick up orders kase if it's causing the crews inconvenience what more the riders? They have a job that you have to consider din. Your service is awful as well as how you treat the grab and food panda riders. This is very disappointing and I hope that you can prioritize ALL of the pending...

Worst inasal branch ever. A staff put down our utensils in a rude manner, we understand that there are so many customers but please do better and have some respect with your customers. We also waited for almost 10 minutes for a rice and soup refill. We are so disappointed with your service. Please do better.
