Read moreWe went there last Sunday, I had reservation for 6 pax at 12nn, lunch time. Upon entering I was already disappointed because the seats were separated - pang 4 pax lang yung isang seat so the other 2 stayed on the table next to us. I just don't understand bakit nagconfirm ng reservation table for 6 pax tapos hindi naman magkakatabi sa isang table. We were seated 12nn but we finally got to eat around 1:55 na. They restaurant was full, there are a lot of people waiting outside. Super tagal ng service, I understand we went there peak hours pero very disappointing yung waiting time. Unlike sa ibang Korean grill, pagkaupo mo serve na nila agad side dishes and mabilis pagserve ng meats. Some of the servers are not even paying attention na sa sobrang daming followup. Also, lalapit sila sa customers to get our orders without taking down notes, ang nangyari tuloy maglalabas sila ng what's available and i-offer sa tables, kahit hindi nga namin inorder binigay sa table namin. Super unorganized. You will see customers already going to the counter to ask for something (iced tea, sauce, tissue, etc) kasi nga super tagal ng service and kulang sila sa tao. Hindi kami nabusog, malilipasan ka nalang kakaintay e. On a lighter note, super okay naman yung quality ng food - masarap lahat. The owner or manager was very kind and was super sorry kasi sobrang daming nagrereklamo sa bagal ng service. Okay yung place and location, may parking, malamig ang aircon.
Suggestions: Hire more staff / if hindi kaya at least control the people na papasok, yung kaya lang ng staff na iservice. Ask the staff to take down notes of the orders, para hindi magulo. Kaya ang daming follow-up kasi hindi na nila alam kaninong table yung orders na na-call nila sa kitchen. Sobrang magulo! Communicate well with the staff lalo na sa reservations. Kasi kaya nga may reservation para sure yung seating eh. We were there on time naman. I don't know where's the disconnect.
Well this restaurant just opened last month, there's still a lot of room for improvement. Okay yung place, cozy naman, malinis.

I will give this 5 stars despite the terrible service. Una, nag inquire ako sa loob na if they could give me a table for 2 and if pwede G-Cash, they said yes but pinalabas ako kasi waiting daw muna. Pero a few m inutes may couple na pumasok, nakakuha kaagad ng chair. Nag tataka ako kasi ako naunang nag inquire so nag tanong ako ulit sa loob kung need pa ba antayin yung kasama ko bago makakuha ng table or hindi na tapos pinapasok na ako. Unfortunately, yung least favorable spot nakuha ko, instead yung maayos kasi ako naman ang nauna compare dun sa couple na pumasok. Second, nung pumasok na ako sa loob, ang tagal nila ako abutan ng Menu, I don't know kung inaantay ba nila yung kasama ko, hindi sila marunong magtanong or mag approach and as someone na nahihiyang i call out ang attention ng servers, nag hintay ako hanggang makarating na yung kasama ko na nag order for me.
Masarap ang food and this is the second time na nakapunta kami rito pero yung service talaga, ewan ko hindi man lang umabot sa standard, nag follow up kami ng maraming beses, walang nag tatake down ng orders, walang nag rerepeat order. Mabuti nalang, may isang nag redeem ng service namin which is si ✨✨P-A-U-L-A✨✨. Sa lahat sya lang yung hindi nag aantay na mag taas ka ng kamay, nag repeat order and masigasig mag follow up. Na redeem talaga niya yung service kasi aalis kaming badtrip na sana pero nasalba nya talaga yung buong experience namin. Ang funny pa, yung servers nag kukumpulan sa iisang table, which is hindi dapat.
If ma iimprove lang sana nila yung service, perfect na to. Normal naman na mag antay sa ganitong klaseng kainan pero ang nafeel ko talaga is hindi ako binibigyan ng pansin, di ko alam kung dahil ba sa suot ko or dahil ba mukha akong student na hindi kayang magbayad, mga ganong vibes.
Kudos to Paula again, she deserves a promotion dahil alam nya ang basic etiquette in food industry.
