Went here 5/18. Their fried chicken and sizzling tofu is great as expected from Maxs. We also ordered seafood kare-kare but it was lacking the “peanut” taste. Other items we ordered are lumpiang shanghai, pinakbet, sweet & sour fish fillet - average. Servers are friendly but service is quite slow - though it was understandable for a packed Saturday lunch. One of us also brought in an Iced Americano, to which the shift manager on duty noticed and somewhat “disrespectfully” pointed out that it was not allowed (even though they don’t have that in their menu). She could’ve easily told in a nice way (it was only one drink BTW but we understand policies), but she came off snobbish and was telling us off while walking away. Even when we were about to pay, instead of taking the portable pos terminal to us, the manager said “Sige kung gusto nyo doon kayo magtap doon” like that. Then the cashier even said they could’ve brought it to our table. Not a good experience there. Good thing their servers are very attentive and approachable - especially MEGGIN, LYN and YAN-YAN. Kudos!

Clean, accomodating staff and they serve the food fast. Our all-time fave Max fried chicken is still the best! The taste and the savory flavor is still the same. I was just dissappointed sa Lumpiang Ubod because it was serve to me cold though the veggies is fresh naman pero sana warm naman yung lumpia bago iserve sa customer and the lumpiang ubod sauce hindi ko siya nagustuhan. Puro asim walang tamis. Sana ma-improve or sarapan nila yung sauce next time. Still two thumbs pa din for the service and for following health protocols. 👍🏻👍🏻

I love the food and the service in their other branches.This one needs to improve in terms of service and cleanliness. There was a party inside the main building and so we had to eat in the garden.Since it was lunch hour the place was packed so service was quite slow and we had to wait a long time for our desserts. My chief complaint is the restroom.The ceiling needs to be fixed and the toilet needs cleaning. I will not come back to this store.
