A good coffee spot only if...
Foods good and as many reviews have already pointed out the location is a great place to work have coffee and eat. Great ambiance, decent food, lots of tables, outlets and a generally quiet and more relaxed atmosphere, specially compared to competitors like Starbucks nearby.
Now for the bad: I've been to this Coffee project previously, but I have to say though that this location has seen better days.
I don't know if it was an off day for the staff, but the shop was quite warm even if the store was only partially full for lunch. It did cool later during the day, but it was odd for a store that should have already been open long before we arrived.
The restroom was filthy, no soap, dirty toilet and sink (same state when we arrived for lunch up until 5pm) and the cashier was sometimes unattended for some reason, missed out on some sales for sure when I was considering getting another drink or snack.
For those considering working from location Wifi was fast and stable, but note that you only get access for what seems to be only an hour. Which you should take note of.
Don't order everything you want in one go, you're better off getting multiple orders in to get multiple access to the wifi.
Mobile networks across smart, globe and dito are spotty in the area as of writing currently capping out at 4G speeds with less than 3 bars. If you're expecting to conduct work calls ration and spread out your orders, your receipts and your wifi! I hope they can implement a system where if I'm ordering for two people we get twice the wifi access or something, but this a minor gripe.
More bright spots: food and drink was served quickly, generally clean store front, comftable and spacious seating. You don't feel like you're squished up against everyone else here. Even with multiple calls going on at once the spaciousness made the experience tolerable and definitely better than...
Read moreCustomer service sucks!!! The worst customer service I had encounter in every coffee shop I visited. When I entered the shop, I went to the cashier straight to choose what to order. But your cashier is rushing me and kept asking what to order. I said, "wait, I haven't decided yet. Can you wait?" I even asked because I was the only one in line. There is no other customer waiting at the line. Why need to rush, right? Then he asked again with irate voice. What the heck? I don't know his name but it was October 15 around 1pm. I was suppose to buy a cake because it's my sister's birthday but I lost interest in buying because of the customer service I received. I love coffee project but your customer service branch sucks. This is the first time and I've been a coffee project customer for years. This is very...
Read moreIt's a spacious and coffice-friendly place designed with many outlets all around, plus free wifi for a minimum purchase. I like it that they have different setups for groups, sharing tables, solo people and stuff. Plus their extensive menu of coffee, tea, and food stuff is a huge plus. You can really spend hours here working and eating or having coffee. They also have a covered function area and you can ask how to avail of it. Plus I appreciate the crowd here more because they're full of professionals parking for work, no noisy students unlike in...
