For my wedding preparation I chose this hotel because it's too near to our home and very convenient for us. We checked in last December 11, 2015. I paid for the two rooms and I also avail for another room and the check-in the date was December 12, 2015. I asked the receptionist if it is possible to transfer my things on the other room on December 12 after we used the room for the wedding preparation. The receptionist told me that it is possible and I have to pay for it in advance to make sure that they can reserve the room. I paid for the two rooms and the another room in advance. When we checked the room, it's clean but the problem was, the smell of the sofa was not good. It was like they didn't clean it. On December 12, 2015, I was already busy because it's already my wedding day. I called a staff from the hotel and asked them the room number that I was going to transfer before I checked out. They told me that we have to vacant the room and they are already preparing the said room for us to transfer. A bellboy came to our room and they said that they need to get our things because they will transfer it right away. We left our clothes, "manikin" that we use for my wedding gown and 3 tequilas with 2 jiggers each because we were planning to drink it after the party. My coordinator even asked them if instead of the bellboy, our coordinator and staff will be the one who's going to transfer our things. But then they refuse it. So at that time, I felt at ease and no worries anymore because I thought that our things are going to be safe. We left the hotel around 1 in the afternoon. My parents, siblings and in-laws came back to hotel around 8:30 p.m.. They were really surprised because our things was just on the lobby!!! How can we be sure that are things were safe?? They even asked me to pay in advance but they didn't even transfer our things in our room. It was really disappointing and when we checked our things, the manikin and 3 tequilas were gone. We reported it immediately but they said that they couldn't see it. It was not even in the housekeeping. We already got back home but still we couldn't get our things from them. I was still calling them and keep on reporting about the incident. After 2 days, they said that they already recover the manikin at the guard house... Seriously guard house???... Until now it's already January 6, 2016, they keep on saying that they are going to do something and update us right away.. but until now, we didn't get our tequilas. I don't recommend this hotel especially for the safety of the...

Read moreThis hotel is a huge disappointment. I actually want rate it -5 stars.
Booked a 2 BR suite room which can accommodate 4 pax. (Php 4,999.00) Thought that the breakfast is good for 4 but I was latter informed that the breakfast was only good for 2. I emailed them regarding that manner. They said that they will act upon it but they never did.
When we entered the room, a foul smell welcomed us especially inside the rooms. We had to request for a air freshener. The reception answered by call after several call attempts.
Aircon unit sucks. Water was dripping from the unit to my bed (directly to my pillow). I was too tired to call them again. They’re supposed to check it every now and then.
The restroom smells bad. No bidet. Limited to 2 old towels.
I got furious when I called the reception to inform them that I cannot connect to the internet and the receptionist told me to restart the router. Like really? Should they send someone to fix it rather than commanding their guest to fix it?
Parking is creepy, limited and too narrow. My car has been damaged. Hahaha
We were so hungry in the morning but he had to wait cause they do not have enough table to accommodate their guests for breakfast. Since they insisted that what was included in the room accommodation was only free breakfast for 2, we had to pay 350/each for other 2 companions. Food was bland. I could have had a good breakfast at mcdo for Php 150. And there were flies all over. After eating, the cashier asked for our payment even if I have paid already. That was embarrasing.
To sum it up, there is nothing to like about this hotel. The hotel room was outdated and dirty. No trashbins in the living room and kitchen area. Food does not taste good. Staff was not accommodating. Neither will I go back to this hotel nor recommend...
