I was just passing by before proceeding to SM Megamall but I think I got hungry on the way and maybe some Burger Steak would solved it. Then I remember it was New Renovated and thought of reviewing the place. I'm speechless of the new looks here in Jollibee Acacia Lane Branch, it was relaxing and comfortable while practicing the Social Distancing Protocol of every Food Business Industry.

I would definitely go back here sometime just to hangout with family and friends. The ambiance of the place is spacious and while sitting here on my spot and tried thinking how wonderful they made this kind of design is so amazing.

Disappointed with our recent visit to Jollibee Acacia Lane. We had to wait quite a while for our chicken, and when it was finally served, the portion was extremely small — far below what we expected. We asked if it could be replaced, but we were told it would take another 20 minutes. Honestly, that kind of product shouldn’t have been served in the first place.

We weren't the only ones who raised the same concern, so it’s clearly not an isolated issue. Sadly, we had no choice but to eat it because we were already too hungry to wait again.

We hope the management takes this feedback seriously. Jollibee is known for quality and consistency — and experiences like this really fall short of...

Whoever thought of just having just ONE cashier for operations on lunchtime is soooo G-E-N-I-U-S - Bravo - took 2 whole hours to order and wait for your food - you ordered lunch, you ate an afternoon snack. I asked the guard on my way out if this is really their normal set up or maybe the other cashier was sick or it was just because they are still somewhat on post pandemic set up while the whole world already move on, and he said it's just one cashier normally. You have 2 HUGE floors of dining to cater and you just let a lone super fast solo cashier ( sarcasm ) to handle the orders. Your line is soooo looong that it already reached the door and the people shows no signs of urgency....
