Barista does not listen well with my special instruction regarding my drink which is as simple as blending the whip cream with my frappucino; it has been 3 times this thing has happened. This doesn't happen with any other Starbucks branch that I've visited, not to mention that there are not too much people inside Starbucks High Pointe that time. I also asked if they still have lasagna but the barista/cashier told me that they do not have it anymore without even checking it first. I even saw another customer who ordered a few minutes apart after me, bringing an order of lasagna for herself. Baristas should be more approachable and polite just like the crew in Starbucks Shaw, infront of S&R/Cherry Shaw Blvd. Unlike here in High Pointe, they are way more friendly, courteous...
Read moreWell,this is starbucks so there's nothing much to be said about their products' prices and quality as they have thesame standard prices and products in all of their branches. Maybe for this branch,I can only comment on the inavailability of enough seats which I fondly call "comfy seats", these are like sofa where you can comfortably sit,relax,and enjoy your dear coffee. This is a typical starbucks so expect some people enjoying their coffee while working on their laptop. But just a reminder, in case you go to this store, do not forget to bring your manners with you because they practice CLAYGO, so know where to dump your use cups and straws, and know where to pile your used plates...
Read moreOne of the most crowded Starbucks that I visit. Tends to get packed the whole day. Very noisy and difficult to get a table/seat. The place is spacious, but yes its always crowded most of the time except during the early morning.
Toilet tends to be dirty.
Baristas are nice and friendly, provides the usual Starbucks experience but I noticed that they get to be cranky due to high volume of customers.
Manong guard is nice and very accomodating.
