Max's Restaurant — Restaurant in Mandaluyong

On 17 June 2019 around 6pm, my husband and I went to this new branch in Shaw Blvd. near JRU (opened a week or two ago only). That Max's resto is so inviting and nice to look at from the outside, but you will sweat inside!!! It's so hot inside while the aircons are on... feels like all aircons are on fan mode only. There are no electric fans to make the dining place cooler to at least give comfort to customers who are already using "pamaypay" while eating. I called the attention of the Manager but she just said that they have already reported the non-functional aircons. What more can I say? The Manager seemed not concerned at all. Anyway, since we couldn't stand the crazy hot temperature inside that place, we left and transferred to another resto instead. Max's Restaurant JRU is one of our favorite Max's branch. It is given that the food is delicious, but also the staffmembers are very approachable and accommodating, too. One thing more is that the place is clean.

And during this time of pandemic, health protocols are being observed: checking of temperature, contact tracing via Manda Track QR code, use of alcohol.

Our family loves this place and still a good place for family bonding while enjoying our Max's...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐want house style cooked chicken and dishes? you can't go wrong with Max's! love their shanghai and sizzling tofu. this store has a bakeshop too. parties can be done here as well. newly opened!

edit: ⭐⭐here is the latest and bad side i have had from this shop. ordered 1 basic and 1 sizzling tofu. took 30mins to be delivered.

also one exiting guest blurted "hindi na kami babalik ambabagal nuo!" i hope the management addresses...
