Degree C cafe + roastery — Restaurant in Mandaluyong

Degree C is one of my go-to cafes since it’s so accessible and they have varieties of drinks! Most cafes have such a basic menu with little to no signature drinks, but not Degree C! From pour overs to flat whites, they don’t disappoint.❤️My go-to drink would be their Aerocano, I like lightness and the bit of sweetness in this. For the non-caffeinated drinks: Fortnight!! I love the sesame cream on this drink!! And the Iced Matcha Latte, sooo creamy!!

Special mention: Dirty oat honey comb, “it’s sweet but not too sweet, very balanced”

i frequent degree c cafe for take out because i live nearby, and they have great quality coffee! if you like your coffee unsweetened, smooth and balanced, definitely try their dirty white. it's my fave and i get that 80% of the time 🤍☺️

the baristas are super accomodating and kind too! at one point i think they knew my usual order na hehe. love that the cafe is also pet friendly (sometimes i encounter the owner's cute dog!) the interiors are simple and neat, perfect for working. i'm looking forward to dining in and try their other food & pastries.

Ordered the Barista’s Drink (off the menu) and the Cookie Butter Donut. First, the coffee is perfect. Good reco from the barista that day since I felt the Dirty Oat Honeycomb (which I’d probably try next time) would be on the sweet-side plus I was already eyeing to try the donut in display. The cinnamon gives a unique flavor which I liked. The donut is on the dense side. Bread is nice and not too heavy, however, I find the cookie butter topping too thin, as there are areas where I can barely taste it.
