Shakey's Maysilo — Restaurant in Mandaluyong

We ordered take out party pack today. We were so disappointed with the quality of food from this branch. We love Shakeys but this branch ruined our high respect to the brand. Below are our issues:

1. We requested atleast some thigh part for the chicken. The waitress acknowledged our request which we assumed its a yes. Guess what we we open the box of chicken, not a single thigh part in it. They did not bother to inform us. Additionally, chicken is not newly cooked after we waited for 30 mins. It feels like these are chicken left overs.

2. The carbonara lacks sauce and taste so bland. This is my fave so I know exactly the taste of it and this one is below acceptable.

The only good thing about our order is the pizza as it was hot still when we arrived home(15-minute drive). We never had this issue to any other Shakeys branches. Its our first time here and our experience is a disaster. Hopefully someone take this feedback seriously as these issues were not worth the...

worst shaykey's. -staff not that attentive. -they got the wrong order. -they forgot an item we ordered. -pizza that comes with the bunch of lunch is about to get spoiled (not fresh).

then I also recalled, this is where we ordered via delivery last 2020 and the pizza was not fresh and about to get spoiled too.

we will never order/visit this...

The place is nice and cozy, the food is delicious, but it takes a long time before the food is served and the staff is not attentive because there is only one crew that assists everyone at that time and I don't know who else is with him, why no one helps to assist quickly to...
