First time in this branch. Ordered bonding bundle which has one 9 inch pizza, three lasagnas, three drinks, and potato waves. Tell me why it took more than 50 minutes before we were served? We kept on following up after 40 minutes had passed, no apologies - no reasons. Puro “wait lang po” Greenwich used to be our Family’s go to but now I’m reconsidering. Very disappointing

we dine tonight but we didnt enjoy our meal since the cashier "ROSE" was not focus on her duty, one of our order (chix ala carte with rice) didnt punch, she also over punch spicy honey drizzle and we already pay for it before she said it was twice as she punch,. my daughter like the lasagna here thats why we decided to dine but unfortunately it was a mistake.

I ordered here in Greenwich maysilo ,but sobrang stressed 😫 Ang naramdaman namn pumila papa ko Ang sabi sakanya if willing to wait sya for 15 minutes and she said yes then Hanggang sa umabot na ng 30 minutes Wala paren then I’ll check may phone it’s already 9:42 pm tsaka dumating order namen then my mom said na thigh part Ang manok nung dumating all leg part then pinapalitan ko ng ibang part sabi wing and breast lang yung manok Kaya Ang sabi ko okay nayun but yung crew nyo hindj na ako pinansin dinaanan nalang ako then yung order ko hinayaan nalang ,pinag pasensya ko yun then may lumapit saken sabi 10 minutes lang Kaya nag wait ako , pagdating ng 10:00 Wala paren yung mother ko nahatid na ng partner ko then Hanggang sa makarating ulit yung partner ko Wala paren order ko 1 hour mahigit ako nag antay yung part na sinabi saken hindi ren nasunod ,then makauwi kame okay na nakain nanamen then last ko kinain Ang lasagna may nakita ako idont know if ano to pero nakakainis buntis panamn ako!!!

Is this how you guys prepare your food?!! The heck! the Gravy is just a half of the cup like it is left over by a previous customer, the dipper was messy, the pizza has a lot of moist like it was since yesterday. No spoon and fork nor tissue!!!! It was placed online, served by maysilo mandaluyong branch!! You guys don't know the importance of serving fresh and clean food to your customers. Don't you know it may affect our health!! you guys are disgusting! You people are serving food which are most likely left overs, PANGAT!! WE'RE FREAKING PAYING FOR THAT! WE ARE NOT A o.. We probably get poison...
