I love the place since it is overlooking and you can see some of Mandaue and Lapu-Lapu. The ambiance is quite relaxing even though the place is a little dusty and needs a deep clean.
I like the waiter who was wearing glasses. He displays a professional and helpful attitude since he helped me with my food choices. I don't like the taller and chubby waiter who showed he was annoyed when I tried to order a bloody mary.
This is my rating of the food:
The Mongolian Beef is okay. I rate it a 6.8 out of 10. The beef is too hard to chew and you can tell it is old. The sauce is good and the presentation is so-so.
The pesto is a 7 out of 10. I usually don't like pasta but when I ordered it, it was really good and I kept on eating it. The surrounding salmon pieces were nicely cooked.
The caesar salad was a 5 out of 10. My partner liked it but it was too sour for me. However, the bacon was tasty.
The shake was 8 out of 10. It was a Mango banana cake. It was a whopping 250 pesos but was amazing. They placed nuts and fruits on the shake which was a great addition.
The bloody mary was 6.5 out of 10. It had too much vodka and the flavor gave a biting taste to my mouth. I got a little tipsy after. The waiter apologized because they did not have any parsley.

Read moreThe food in the restaurant was not good at all. We had to wait a long time for it to arrive and then it arrived completely out of order. It was cold and tasted like it was from the convenience store. We had the pork chop, vegetable minestrone and vegetable pizza. There were almost no vegetarian dishes available. The view from the roof deck is nice, but it desperately needs a renovation. The staff was not attentive and forgot drinks. The low prices don't make any sense for such a nice hotel, but they explain the disappointing experience. The restaurant sadly leaves a weird impression...
