CK Pacific Mall Mandaue — Restaurant in Mandaue

Really DISAPPOINTED with the service at this branch. We ordered around 12:02 PM (sales invoice time stamp) during rush hour and expected maybe a 20-minute wait since walay proactive na promise time. But after 10 minutes, the table next to us who ordered before us already got their food . We waited and waited, and after 30 minutes from the time we ordered I had to go ask the staff what’s taking so long. They said “dali rana maam, 2 more minutes,” but even after 3 minutes, no food yet. Had to ask another staff to help and that’s when someone finally started preparing our order. The food was literally just sitting there wako kahibaw if mopay pagka luto ato or taud2 nato didto pero wala lay ni assemble samong order basta pag ask nako diha na gi assemble dali2 dayun wala ra naambtan isa ka minuto!!!! NO APOLOGIES for the delay. Felt like they didn’t care unless you keep following up. This isn’t the first time I’ve been to a busy fast food place, but this branch seriously took way too long and handled it VERY POORLY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Won’t be coming back here again kay...

I was disappointed because the overall service was sloppy for the following reasons, it wasn't even crowded there were like 4-5 customers when I went there: -I gave a fairly good bill to cashier but received a change bill that was torn, with tape attached to it but they did changed it to another bill when I requested although why would they give me a torn bill in the first place -Within 5 minutes, my chao fan order was ready but still lacking my other 1 order. I had to check back in the claim area after 16 minutes because it seems the staff forgot which they really did forgot. -Some portion of the chao fan was overcooked, with some black char mixed into it. Went on two different instances and both times had me complaining on something. 1st straw, my chao fan was burnt and so was my fried siomai. I didn't mind the rice but siomai was inedible. When I approached the counter to get my halo-halo, staff was rude. 2nd time, we were the only customers there but we had to call for their attention to take our orders.
