The Oysterbay Crab steamed in butter garlic was exquisite. Incredibly tender, very tasty expertly prepared. My wife loved it. We wished we had ordered two and forgot the rest. Everything else was mediocre or worse. Cheese and Garlic Oysters are pedestrian at best, I wish I would have ordered fresh Oysters instead.. The Crispy Crablets were overcooked and without flavor, The Crab Croquets were almost pure breading, again without any flavoring. We hardly ate these. The wait staff said nothing and just removed the full dishes when we indicated we werent going to eat them. Ironically, at the start of the meal we were brought cold wet wash rags for a hand wash. I sniffed mine, detected mildew and set it aside. The waiter saw this, quickly came to the table and asked, "is there a problem?". I told him the towel smelled like mildew. He stood and sniffed it for a moment, looked indignant at me and said "I don't smell anything". I shrugged. He left and brought me another. But when it came to poor quality food, no such attention. The setting is a long hall which tends to amplify noise, so it can be a boisterous experience as was the case for us with a party of 25 nearby passing around a couple bottles of spirits. If you go order something from the tanks. I dont think youll be...

Oyster Bay: A Seafood Lover's Paradise From the moment I stepped into Oyster Bay, I was captivated by the elegant ambiance and the stunning aquarium showcasing an array of marine life. It was clear that this restaurant was committed to providing the freshest seafood experience possible.

The soft-shell crab appetizer was an absolute delight, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. It set the stage for a truly exceptional meal. The main courses did not disappoint – the grilled tuna belly was cooked to perfection, flaky and moist, while the stir-fried vegetables offered a vibrant and refreshing contrast. The star of the show, however, was the mouthwatering crab, its rich and savory sauce clinging to every morsel of succulent meat.

The service was impeccable, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who made me feel like a valued guest. While the restaurant is undoubtedly on the pricier side, the quality of the food and the overall experience make it well worth the splurge.

Oyster Bay is a must-visit for any seafood enthusiast in Cebu City. It's a place where you can truly savor the bounty of the ocean, from...

Plenty of parking near entrance with the back. The restaurant has spacious seating arrangements. Large collection of fresh (still swimming) sea creatures look healthy prompting a scrumptious lunch. Beef broccoli, p385, Steamed Oysters, p390, which you will get 1 free deal👍 the beef broccoli is similar to Chinese style, but a bit bland. Broccoli is perfectly sautéed, strips of beef is soft, but lack robust taste that we craved. Slightly boiled medium sized oysters tasted clean but lacks the briny or sea taste. One order is 6 oysters, so they gave another 6 for free😁 Sizzling boneless bangus with gata, p295, served up smoking hot with hint of ginger and carrot in the slightly sweet cream. Well, it’s not our favorite as the bangus lost its flavor due swimming deep in sweet carrot and coconut sauce. The restroom is outside near outdoor seating area is clean and fully stocked. Back to the food, perhaps we haven’t order the right dish but will...

Food is mediocre. I ordered bagoong rice, which , you don’t even taste bagoong at all, and taste like a old rice that I am assuming they just keep reheating . Ordered 3 pieces Large shrimp in a garlic chili sauce, it was delicious, but it doesn’t taste fresh at all and that costs me 1,000+ pesos. Pretty hefty! Ordered also baked Oyster with cheese, disappointed because it doesn’t taste fresh at all, to think that this restaurant specialty is Oyster. What a disappointment that was. Lastly a whole fried lapu lapu fish. I was so mad because they fried the fish so bad that it feels like rock and you could not even taste the it because it was badly fried, I would say burnt. My tota bill is 3,000+ pesos , I don’t mind paying this amount for as long as it was fresh and cook to perfection. At least I tried it here to feed my curiosity. I won’t be back though. The only thing that good about this place is the service and atmosphere.
