Pacific Mall — Local services in Mandaue

I am writing to formally address an incident involving one of the employees at Pacific Mall, Mandaue, employed under this agency CEBU SPIC AND SPAN JANITORIAL SERVICES and the subsequent public humiliation, defamation, and emotional distress I experienced. This review concerns behavior that was unjust, unprofessional, and inconsistent with the standards expected of a public establishment.

The incident occurred in the restroom of the mall on November 24th around 11:00 am During this time, an employee MS. Marry Jean Destacamento, behaved inappropriately, resulting in unwarranted public embarrassment. Their actions were unprofessional, and their words and conduct damaged my reputation and caused significant emotional distress.

I believe such behavior should not go unnoticed or unaddressed, especially in a setting where professionalism and respect are paramount. As a patron, I expected to feel safe and respected, yet this employee’s conduct violated those basic expectations.

I kindly request that the incident be investigated thoroughly, and appropriate actions be taken to ensure that no other individual has to endure such treatment. If necessary, I am willing to provide additional details or collaborate in any way that will help resolve this issue.

In addition to addressing the matter with the establishment, I also wish for this review to serve as documentation of my experience to alert others and help bring attention to this concern. The very first mall we visited in the Philippines this year, We didn't manage to check the next floor, we only stayed at the ground floor while waiting for someone to meet up, the staff was well trained in regards to implementing protocols to protect everyone, you have to sign up information before getting In and your will need to sanitize your hands before entering and also they checked your temperature. There's different food shops you can choose around, we had some fruit refreshing fruit juice and I am talking about real fruit juice not powdered artificial juice. We purchase a face shield at the lady selling some interesting item just outside the Grocery check out for 30 pesos pretty good. The grocery shop was also pretty good plenty to choose and the staff was very helpful to us when asking them some information of where can we buy this staff. They were pretty knowledgeable. There's a lot of parking area, there at the front of the building and there is also at the back handy when buying only groceries. Highly recommended this...

The Pacific mall is good mall for supermarket and a huge and beautiful mall most of the mall is a big shop of metro company. some resataurants are therevery basic restaurants for fast food as Jolibee and Greenwich I've been to this place for a number of times. The supermarket is almost complete. You can buy anything you want and is cheaper than other supermarkets in the area. The parking is spacious in the basement though a bit traffic outside. To me, it's worth it.I went there for my Passport Renewal (4th floor-DFA). This is a good place if you're in a rush for grocery shopping.It may be small but rest assured it will give you most of the necessities you needed. And if you're hungry, you can find some resto on the 1st floor. Not much to brag. Word of advice, if you dont want to get stuck on a traffic, better go there on odd hours of the day.
