Chef Von — Restaurant in Manila

Here's my feedback

Twice i order food is good but too salty🤦.

*Kare Kare , the meat is very less at full of souce only.

*Chopsoy with lechon kawali same meat is very less 3 pcs in small size

*Lechon Kawali puro taba

*Pancit with lechon very salty

*Chiken Teriyaki very salty and too much sauce

*Price wise its maka masa..

*Overall its good but the chef need to control the msg / salt...

we just had sinigang na talong last night, worth it for the price for not a picky eater, taste like water with vinegar and talong also the kamatis is still hard. we are not rushing because we live nearby only and we are not so hungry, food is not cooked very well and also the pansit it's very salty and still hard the noodles,. the word Chef for the restaurant is not...

i have been going here for years now since live near the place. most staff was never friendly. food as time goes by is not okay anymore. im not saying all food choices but id say mostly on the lechon section.. there is something with the pork or the way they cook. not a food expert maybe its my taste buds. but like what i mentioned me and my family liked it...
