Jollibee Pedro Gil St, Paco Manila is open 24 hours 24/7 except from special holidays. The place is accessible to all customers. The store location is in front of Jaime Cardinal Bldg. What i like about this store is that they are well known to their senior customers their crew knew them and they served them well, i knew it well because i visit here almost every day after workout i like their set of Jollibee breakfast. I also have this favorite crew in the morning she serves with smile she remembers my order and my request since she knew i visit the store almost every day. They had a wide area for customers sitting. They have separate area for part needs. The crew are polite even the managers they attend customers immediate complain. Mayhem is what greets you once you enter a Jollibee store; may not be of the same degree but still people flock to this place. I should feel lucky as I do not have to suffer a long queue the way they do it in other parts of world where Jollibee exists.

Read moreHi, I’d like to give feedback regarding a recent visit. Your crew member “April” was at the counter, and there was no line at the time. When we approached to place our order, she told us to use the kiosk first and then return to the counter to pay. We followed her instructions, but when other customers arrived afterward, she took their orders directly at the counter without asking them to use the kiosk.
This came across as lazy and inconsistent. It felt like we were being inconvenienced for no clear reason. If there’s a set process for ordering, it should be applied equally to all customers—not selectively.
