Jollibee — Restaurant in Manila

a great location, near the lrt station and the intersection of two main roads. The parking is really small, about a dozen places maximum and almost always full. A square building with two floors, with an event room dedicated to the upper floor. The ground floor turns out to be small with limited seating, especially during peak hours. The interior gives the feeling of a little old and dated even if clean. The two stars are mainly for food: often the chicken is found little cooked. Pasta too sweet and not prepared with tomato sauce. The fries and the burger often came to me almost cold. Conclusion: a fast food for children and not very attentive to the most demanding...

I ordered through food panda. I ask for extra dressing to my yum burger. I am willing to pay an extra amount for the dressing. It is just that it is not part of the menu in food panda so I put it in the special instruction. But surprise surprise ! They gave me a yum burger with NO DRESSING! I ask for MORE and not for NONE. I HATE THAT I ORDERED A YUM BURGER TOGETHER WITH A MEAL JUST BECAUSE I AM CRAVING FOR IT BUT IT TURNED OUT TO BE MORE DISAPPOINMENT THAN A SATISFACTION OF AN ALREADY...

This branch is quite lax in their covid19 protocols. They just got my temp earlier but didn't require me to fill up the tracing form which were just there on their table. The alcohol dispenser seem to have not refilled for quite sometime. The CR is not constantly maintained, too. The only consolation was the welcoming counter staff. I wont forget a crew member who was sweeping the floor butnoisily banging the broom to the dustpan (?) even when there are customers...
