Cleanliness and ambiance of Milk Tea shops are a given. -- Must be clean and nice.

Giving 3 star because of how slow the service is -- they are understaffed. Only 1 employee is manning the store, meaning they are the only ones taking the order and preparing the food.

A lot of options on the drink is unavailable.

As for the food, we tried to order their Nacho Chili con Karne. The staff did not even bother to tell us that an ingredient is missing which is the sour cream which would help balance all the saltiness of the food.

We even had to reach out after we just realized how salty the food was and she just said "wala po kasi"

There was no sincerity nor has not even thought of informing us, the customer that an ingredient of what we order is unavailable so we may be able to change our order to something else.

I hope and it goes for anyone, there is a reason for recipes because they make the flavors balanced if at least one item is missing, consider offering something else so that your customers will have better gastronomic experience.

Also, the place is not pet friendly even if they have outdoor seating. Which is a big factor for us as we like to bring our chihuahua with us anywhere

Their restroom is also out of order which is not very convenient for customers who are staying longer for meetings and such

Also, for people who will avail their PWD or Senior discount, this establishment with only deduct the discount from the meal the card holder consumed, regadless if the card holder will foot the full bill.

Last addition to this, the lady who is the only person manning the store likes to stare at customers in a rude what when expressing our comments when we billed out as we were really unsatisfies with the...

My go to place for a quick Milk Tea fix! This branch is relatively small than the other, but still got the aesthetic of a cool lab~ish feel. I've also tried doing some quick work stuff and will rate it as a relatively "okay" spot. If you're planning to work and badly needs WIFI connection, don't rely on what they have. There's a lot of choices for the drinks, Jasmine Green Milk Tea is my fave! You should try it...

We come here often (graceland). The only thing i don't like was the tiktok wraps. I think the fillings and the wrapper are not compatible. They should try to use a softer wrap especiay if the fillings or stuffings are crusted and dry already (fried squid for example).

All in all, we always come back again and again because we like the drinks and the environment.

Ps. I hope they'll have pasta...
