Jollibee Graceland Plaza Branch — Restaurant in Marikina

Staffs are not keen to the details of our orders, even with the standards of servings and services. Regular size fries just contains 8 pieces and when I came back with approximately 3 minutes upon receiving my order, the cashier insisted that it is within their standards the fries just cooled down that is why it just shrinks even though it was just given 3 minutes ago and still hot. The extra steak sauce that I ordered and paid which is included to the receipt is missing. The size of fried chicken is truly inconsistent. And the unacceptable culture in this branch is the so much waiting time. For burger steak 20 minutes, fried chicken 30 to 40 minutes, which is not acceptable for a fast food. Even out of peak hours, there will be no improvements at all.

Update as of 16 March 2024. It is indicated in their website that their operating hours starts at 0700H. Staffs starts to prepare the store at 0710H. Incredible...

Waiting time is in hell. Nothing would've happened to our order if we didn't follow it up after almost half an hour. And it wasn't even a long wait because we had a big order - no, the crew was just all over the place. Very disorganized and they scramble up the receipts so other orders got accomplished before ours. I understand the heavy flow of customers but come on, this happens EVERY TIME we order from here.

Also, it has the WORST quality of food among Jollibee branches I've been to. We ordered Chili-cheese burgers and it was so dry. Not to mention, you can't even taste the sauce until you've eaten half of the burger. I had the same order elsewhere and it wasn't as dry. Just...

Food portions are sometimes a hit and miss, sometimes you receive the proper portions sometimes you don't. So always double check your orders.

Letting the counter know of the mistake on the order will always have the order corrected (always check your orders at the counter if its right before heading to your table).

The staff are good but some are noticeably tired more (probably due too much overtime?)
