We ordered milktea for drinks and was told it will only be 10 mins so I said that's okay. 20-30 mins passed, no drinks arrived, so I followed it up with a bypassing crew, she went to the cashier and talked to someone, they looked over at me then it looked like they were laughing and whispering something to each other.
