Jollibee - Puregold Arvo — Restaurant in Marikina

I went to Jollibee for lunch because I was already hungry. When I received my food, I was about to drink my Coke, but when I looked at the cup, I saw a pink lipstick stain on it. I hadn’t taken a sip yet, so I asked for a replacement, and they gave me a new one.

Then, as I was about to eat my spaghetti, I noticed that the spoon had some hardened rice stuck on it. I hadn’t even opened my rice meal yet, which means the spoon was already dirty before I used it. I was so disappointed and couldn't really enjoy my food because of their unsanitary utensils.

I will never eat at this place again. Not recommended, which is a shame because Jollibee food is usually delicious. Please make sure all utensils and containers are clean before serving them...

4th consecutive time today that I visited Jolibee-Arvo and the same unsatisfactory experience I had. Everytime, we are asked to wait for more than 20 minutes, and the only available part of the chicken is breast and wing...and this happens everytime! (Much worst on the time that there is an event inside the Mall- we are asked to wait for more than 30 minutes and with only white meat available of the chicken).

There is also an unacceptable behavior that the Kitchen manager( Giemalyn) is doing, and that is shouting in the hot food display window over the open foods without even a mask to prevent exposure of the food from any foreign object that might come out of her mouth- a definite...

We ordered a 1bucket of chicken for takeout, but when we got home, we realized the gravy was missing. I returned to jolibee to get it and politely asked the manager if the chicken could be replaced since it was already cold. I mentioned that next time, Id request a replacement if this happens again. While the gravy costs only around 20+ pesos, the real issue was the time wasted. Our house is just 2 kilometers away, so returning was manageable, but I hope this doesnt happen to other customers. 4star for food because the chicken is cold when i...
