I went to Jollibee for lunch because I was already hungry. When I received my food, I was about to drink my Coke, but when I looked at the cup, I saw a pink lipstick stain on it. I hadn’t taken a sip yet, so I asked for a replacement, and they gave me a new one.
Then, as I was about to eat my spaghetti, I noticed that the spoon had some hardened rice stuck on it. I hadn’t even opened my rice meal yet, which means the spoon was already dirty before I used it. I was so disappointed and couldn't really enjoy my food because of their unsanitary utensils.

While the gravy costs only around 20+ pesos, the real issue was the time wasted. Our house is just 2 kilometers away, so returning was manageable, but I hope this doesnt happen to other customers. 4star for food because the chicken is cold when i...
