Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Mismanagement

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share our experience so others can be aware.

We visited this restaurant on Mother's Day, expecting a bit of a wait, which we understood. However, we waited almost an hour just to be seated. Once seated, we tried to order a combo set meal, but the waiter informed us it was unavailable. We asked for another combo, and again, we were told it was not available. After checking with the manager, they finally said only the “Chef’s Choice” set meal was available. We agreed to order that along with a few other items.

Unfortunately, the poor experience didn’t stop there. It took another hour before any food was served. We politely asked for water, and they said they would bring it—but we waited 20 minutes, followed up again, and still no water ever arrived. At that point, we gave up asking.

When the food finally came, the set meal we agreed on wasn’t even served. Only the other items arrived. We followed up with the manager, but no apology was given. The manager showed no accountability or concern for our experience.

On what was supposed to be a special day, we left disappointed, thirsty, and still hungry for the meal we ordered but never received.

This place clearly lacked coordination, customer service, and basic courtesy. I hope they improve, but for now, I cannot recommend this restaurant—especially if you’re visiting on a...

We went here during non peak hours on a weekday. This maybe the reason why we don't have to wait for some minutes to be accommodated.

*Food - It's nice that they have budget meal / meal for 2 that can be shared. It's delicious. *We were seated near the counter area so all our requests were attended quickly. They don't include water when serving spoons/forks/mat, you really need to ask for it. *When we ask if our food can be packed for take out, they do so but they packed it in a paper bag with no handle. Hi, nag dinner kami jan kanina (May 29,2024) mga 6pm nayun basta pagabi napo, nakakapang hinayang lang and also nakaka disappoint lalo na sa mga nag seserve, ma aattitude🤣. Nag order po ako ng 6 pax, tas dumating samin 4rice, 4 ice tea, 4plates etc, so ako nag tataka kaya sinabi ko na kulang, hindi ko naintindihan ung sinabi ng boy kaya ang asa isip konon to follow nalang since walapa naman ung 2 na sususnod, tas bumalik po si kuyang server at sinabing ganon talaga ung naorddr namin, so ako nilinaw ko na ung inorder namin is hindi iyon, pinasulat pa samin kung ano order, dinouble check pa, tas nung dumating po sa amin mali, i asked nicely na bat ganon?
