Arrived here to claim Giftaway voucher for burger mcdo. cashier get code for verification which only needed not more than 1 minute as per previous transactions using same platform with other vendors. However, over 20 minutes passed without any update. When I approached the cashier, she finally asked her superior about the verification status. It took some time before my order was served. This is the first time I've experienced such disregard for a Giftaway voucher. I haven't encountered similar issues with other establishments like Jollibee, Chatime, Balai Pandesal, etc.

this branch used to be the site of concepcion market.strategically located along three major thoroughfares of this municipality. nearby employees, students, passersby would gather here and get their favorite mcdo food like, french fries, burger, sundae, chicken with lots of gravy. you can also chance upon senior citizens especially during early hours.ample parking spaces guided by a volunteer parking attendant are also available.more importantly, a drive-thru can take your orders if you are unavailable for dine-in.this place practices iatf standard as you enter its premises.a separate door is assigned for exit.

ordered our food thru a platform app for pick-up 2 hours ahead of time. upon arriving at this branch, i showed the reference number to a food attendant. she stared intently without giving any instruction to me. after a few minutes, i asked another attendant but seems preoccupied with another matter. [ i saw 2-3 packages of orders which was already present at the window counter when i arrived.] then a rider told me that it was already there for some time. upon checking, my order was among those packages. i think this incident could be avoided with some good...

This place is a hit or miss situation. Me and my partner usually dine in this McDonald's branch at night, so we miss out on the chaos brought upon by daytime's foot traffic. The place can still get crowded during certain nights, but it is not that bad.

The quality of food served here will vary. It is like you are playing a random number game with these guys. One time, they served us probably the best Mcdonald's fries I have ever tasted, but a few nights prior the fries they served were as bland as room temperature rice.

Parking is great. However, and this is not to spite them or what, but beggars are lining up the entrance of the place from the parking area. Security is a potential problem in the general area where this branch is located, so keep your valuables close...

I dine in to Mcdonald’s concepcion and the food was good but the service is quite fine. I ordered chicken sandwich with regular fries, iced coffee and an additional order of Hashbrown. I received my order except for the Hashbrown. The crew exchanged it to a regular fries which I already have as she said it is (Hashbrown) are no longer available. But it’s still available when I ordered on the Kiosk machine. It’s kinda disappointing that Counter Menu and Kiosk Menu are not in sync nor they should have informed customer when food was served that it was not Available. I got my order 10mins after and had to follow up for the hashbrown not knowing it was Not Available. Hope we can practice informing our customers when we kindly ask for the missing...
