I ordered Charcoal Chilly and Spicy Chicken with Yellow (JAVA) Rice. Both came cold. But, I called the Waiter. He warmed it up and brought it back. The most important problem in this restaurant is this: I told the waiter that I wanted especially spicy, garlic and lemon fried chicken. Although, I specifically stated that I did not want sweet sauce, the Cook sent chicken on his own without the hassle of making a garlic, lemon and hot sauce. This disease occurs in most restaurants in the Philippines. As usual, they served chicken with a spicy-sweet mixed sauce. I asked for normal vinegar, hot pepper (Chilly) sauce, but they said no. They don't have. They gave me hot-sweet mixed sauce instead. As far as I concerned, Ordinary small Shops who Roast Chicken, better than Peri Peri. They at least cook with salt only. Not taste sweet. It is very strange for me that meat with Sugar:). Why should I pay this much bill if Chef or Management prepare as they want??? I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO GO THERE. DOES NOT WORTH. But, I have to admit that Staff is smiley face and fast.

From what I observed yesterday, they were compliant with restaurant guidelines during pandemic. We were greeted by their staff at the entrance and informed us that we should fill up a small form for contact tracing. 1 person per form. They also got our temperatures (to be written also in the form) and sprayed alcohol on our hands. There were two separate containers for pens (1 for sanitized and 1 for used pens). After being seated and had our orders, one of their staffs had a pushcart with glasses of water and packed sets of utensils. Those packs of utensils had the word "sanitized" printed on them. Plus, we were the ones to put our food on our table from the pushcart. I guess this is part of their protocol. We didn't wait for too long, considering it was peak hours when we dined. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our food, as always. Chicken was very tender and flavorful. Side dishes were just okay. Overall, we enjoyed our lunch and give kudos to their staff for following safety measures!

Food was actually good, never dissappoints! Loved their signature smokey tasting grilled chicken plus their sauces was a perfect match! Sweet, spicy, and salty variants to choose from. Must try is their Tartufo Pasta! Truffle infused creamy sauce! Yum! 🤤 So why 3 Stars on this branch? Service overall is OK, staff was friendly and all but billing out takes a looonnnggg time. I also asked for our left over chicken for take away, and asked nicely to include any sauce available, staff said yes. I did several follow ups. Resto is not even full during our visit. To put icing on the cake, when I checked my take away food at home, viola! No sauce included. Ouch! Hahaha! 🫣 Will still eat on this branch though, hope they will improve their service, heads up SM Marikina Branch management. 🤙

Had one of our servers hand over our food in a disrespectful manner. Was not expecting extravagant service or anything but the bare minimum respect and courtesy yet this was not fulfilled. Though the other servers seemed nice, unfortunate how 1 person can ruin a whole experience.

The food took around 20 minutes, which is fine, but when it arrived it was barely heated, cold even, and barely seasoned, tasteless. Ordered their ribs and chicken and the meat had little to no seasoning or taste. Even their sides, the mash potato, mac and cheese and something as simple as rice was not hot or tasty. Our appetisers also arrived last which seems counter intuitive. This also doesn’t take into account the priciness with a single meal for 1 person costing over 500 pesos minimum. Especially compared to other restaurants in a similar price range, I was nothing short of disappointed upon receiving my food. Unsure if this is branch specific, something only here or if the chef and server were not feeling good on that particular afternoon but nonetheless it soured my experience at this establishment. While not disgusting or inedible, this isn’t really somewhere I’d recommend unless you have no choice due to its poor pricing, service experience and mediocre food. So in conclusion, this is somewhere I DO...
