Hen Lin — Restaurant in Muntinlupa

Henlin’s siomai and siopao have always been our comfort take-out food. In this particular branch of Henlin (shell sb), however, their siopao sauce is always spoiled(panis). Ive tried purchasing at their outside stall many times and their sauce has always been that way so i thought it was just due to the heat outside. I thought wrong. Their sauce tasted just the same when we dined in. Thing is, we never had the same experience in other Henlin branches so there must be something wrong with how the crew prepares/stores the sauce. To whoever owns this branch, you need to rethink your staff. Yes, they follow the protocol to the T but cannot think outside the box and mga tamad kse. We were going to order take out and as it is expected, we were rushing since this is just a stop over. We respected that we cannot enter without face shield, which the one in the cashier will scream at you from the door. Almost shooing you away. Mind you, 2x na kami nagvisit here ha. This time nga lang nagpalit kami car so wala shields, we had masks lang. And again, even if we answered, take out lang po. Shout pa din ni Ate, face shield po, bawal wala. We went out kse nga wagas ang taboy. This other staff, so low sa energy, went to her pwesto for take out. Yes, may take out naman sila sa labas. Pero yun lang daw dimsums at packed food sa labas. Fave lang kase ng dad ko kaya nagtry pa din ako. I ask, ate baka pwede paorder nyo po kami sa loob wait na lang kami here. Nakasimangot sya, declined and this exchange happened 3x until my other side was pulled out so I asked: ganun kayo katanga dito? Biglang nagbago isip ni Ate pero galit na tinanong, cge anuba orderin nyo sa loob? Yung alam mona na may balak to disgrace your food. Sabi ko, no na lang. Yang siopao na lang. And then we went to their neighbor fastfood, Burger King. Stellar service! They brought out the menu, ordered for us. Asked kung saan kami nakapark and sa harap naman lang so nagoffer si Kuya Guard nila na ihatid na lang. Night and day talaga. Kawawa may ari ng negosyo na Hen Lin sa branch na yan.
