Starbucks Shell SLEX Muntinlupa (Southbound) — Restaurant in Muntinlupa

Its an ok visit, but the crew might need more training. Out of all starbucks, by far the not so good experience. Not a big deal with greeting but no one greets you upon entrance, then the cashier “Cha” got this blank face, no hi or anything at all, maybe she’s having a bad day which is again ok, then when I ordered the chocolate pecan, no sign of being accommodating at all, no other question if to warm the food so I assumed its understood, then when said thats it. Not even a thank you lol when I got the food its as cold as my ex kidding! So I asked to warm the food which the other girl did. We tried to order a drink we have been ordering at other branches of Starbucks. Only here at this branch were we told we cannot order this drink. If we were able to order at all other branches, why would they say that it is not possible. The barista was Karisse ot Klang. Their reason was it’s a different costing. So how come other and multiple branches allowed it and they are the only one who refused. Btw, that drink was not even from us. This is Starbucks inside the Shell gas station. My first starbucks coffee within the pandemic period. I had the toffee nut latte and spinach triple cheese this time and I liked it.
