They only have 2 kiosks for ordering with at least 10 people in line for each kiosk. Both kiosks do not have payment terminals. They had 3 counters - 1 priority, 2 post kiosk payment - with NO LINE. I asked if I can oder through the counter (kiosk payment) and they declined. They said there’s a staff who will assist me to use the kiosk. So customers have no choice but to use the kiosk THEN fall in line to pay.

The line is already long. Making customers line up for their tedious process is just counter productive.

They could have opened 1 counter for direct ordering. Before forcing people to use the kiosk, at least make sure there’s a payment terminal.

Even if you are very hungry, stay away... far, far away from this area. The drive thru service here is the worst ive encountered. I was the sixth car on the line and It took 30 minutes before my car reached the pick up point. Thats an average of 5 minutes per car. 30 minutes of waiting time is already fine-dining territory. I would not waste my 30 minutes for a burger, fries, and soda. Better if you go to other fastfood joints that are less popular than this one. Theres nothing here that you havent eaten yet, anyways. I didn't have to make any review of this branch as we all know it Jollibee. However every time I have breakfast here after taking may kids to school I always end up having an LBM afterwards. There needs to be an option to choose plain rice for breakfast meals as I suspect its the spoiled rice turned into fried rice. Their Brewed coffee tasted like a charred rice and taste really bad every time. Add sugar and cream would make it worse. I wonder if they even taste what they serve.
