🍗 KFC Review: A Finger-Lickin’ Good Experience
Food: ★★★★★ (5/5) KFC continues to deliver on its promise of "Finger-Lickin’ Good" with food that hits the mark every time. The fried chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, seasoned with that signature 11 herbs and spices that have become a global favorite. Whether you're going for the Original Recipe, Hot & Crispy, or one of their chicken sandwiches, the flavor is consistently satisfying. Sides like mashed potatoes with gravy, coleslaw, and buttery biscuits complement the main dishes perfectly, rounding out a meal that's indulgent, flavorful, and worth every bite.
Service: ★★★★☆ (4/5) The service at KFC was generally efficient and friendly. Staff were accommodating and polite, making the ordering process smooth and pleasant. However, there was a slight delay during peak hours, which is understandable but still noticeable. Despite this, the crew maintained a positive attitude and ensured that customers received what they ordered correctly and with a smile. A little more speed or an extra hand during rush time would’ve earned them a perfect score.
Atmosphere: ★★★★★ (5/5) KFC’s atmosphere was surprisingly impressive. The restaurant was clean, well-lit, and inviting, with modern interiors and comfortable seating that made dining in an enjoyable experience. The ambiance strikes a good balance between casual and cozy, ideal for family meals, solo cravings, or hangouts with friends. Music volume was just right—enough to add energy without overpowering conversations.
Overall Rating: 4.7/5 ⭐ KFC offers a reliable and flavorful fast-food experience with standout chicken, good customer service, and a great dining environment. It's a solid choice for comfort food lovers and anyone craving a quick, delicious meal. Whether you're dining in or taking out, it's hard to go...
Read moreI missed dining at KFC, so my boss and I, and our driver parked there. Parking was easy. But as we started ordering through the ordering kiosk, it wouldn't send the order. There were 2 supervisors there, yet nobody had the common sense to check if everything is functioning properly. Let's say, the male supervisor just found out as soon as I reported it, then he must've called the IT guy immediately, and proceeded with Plan B. If I were the supervisor, I would've had some paper, marker and tape ready, so I can put a sign on all 4 kiosks that says "Network is down. Pls order at the counter." Then I would've told the person at the counter to manually take the orders, then encode all later. But they had no plan B at all. So while I was there, they lost around 10-12 customers to Jollibee. Then when I saw that the staff seemed to have no sense of urgency, and I had a meeting to catch. They lost another 3 customers to Pancake House.
Whoever owns this franchise, pls have your team trained well. I highly recommend Sir Jopet Pedroso, or go search for a company called REAP Success. Your staff badly...
Read moreService here is quite bad. They have 3 ordering kioks but all of them don't have working payment systems. So after you order from the kiosk, you still have to queue at the cashier to pay and there is only one cashier! This is a major bottleneck in taking orders!
Our take-out order was taking long to be completed. We followed-up with the staff and was told it was still being prepared. So we kept on waiting. After another 10 minutes of waiting, we followed-up as no one was calling our number. I told the staff that we only ordered a bucket of 6 chicken for take-out how can that take so long?!? You just have to put 6 pieces in a bucket and done! Lo and behold our order was just on back counter completely being ignored! If we didn't even follow-up a second time we would be waiting and waiting forever!
Also, while everyone else in the staff are wearing face masks, the lady who was shouting out the orders was not wearing a mask and shouting over the exposed food on the counter! So, if you want to dine in this restaurant, your order comes with special saliva sauce courtesy of KFC...
