Cabalen - SM City Cabanatuan — Restaurant in Nueva Ecija

My dad and I went to celebrate Father's Day, and it was my first time eating there, and it will definitely be the last. The food was disappointing, and the service was terrible. People were lining up because most of the buffet dishes were empty, and I could hear other customers complaining. The staff seemed completely indifferent to it. Most of the people waiting in line were newcomers, and the buffet table was just bare. It honestly felt like the management was controlling the amount of food they served, and none of it was fresh or hot. They were clearly rationing to avoid running out, but that’s not what we paid for. We paid for an eat-all-you-can buffet experience, and we got barely anything. I almost walked up to the cashier to demand a refund. We waited for over 10 minutes, and when we finally got something, it was just a few spoonfuls of cold, bland, and tasteless dishes. I wish we had gone to Yakimix instead. This place was a complete letdown. If they can't serve customers properly, they shouldn't even be accepting new ones. We paid 550 pesos each and only got to eat 3 dishes in small, unappetizing portions. I will definitely never come back to...
