Classic Savory Restaurant — Restaurant in Nueva Ecija

We were 4 who dined last night Apr 12,2024 around 7pm. We ordered hototai soup which tasted not good; pancit canton not the same taste we had as always before and amount was smaller; chicken and squid were good. The soup was first served and after awhile we asked for the soup spoon where the soup has turned cold and condiments nowhere to be found so we asked again. Pepper arrivedand we noticed it was newly grounded as tidbits pieces were visible. Then young chow fried rice was served then after awhile again we asked for spoons and forks. The rice was messy and sticky so we were not able to eat well of it. The area was not really in full capacity by that time seeing vacant tables nearby. We always eat on this resto but we are now thinking otherwise. All of us were frustrated as we were all very hungry. What has happened to...

Not good yong experience namin. Pag dating namin sa area nila, pinapasok naman kami, kaso dinadaan daanan lang kami, mga ilang minuto pa kami naghintay, hindi pa kami lalapitan na bigyan ng menu kung hindi pa nanghingi ung asawa ko.To think na madami naman silang andon, di naman ganon kadami ang tao, halos may mga kinakain na ang nasa ibang table. Patapos pa nga ung iba. Andon lang ang mga staff tatawa tawa- nag ccp pa nga sabi ng anak ko. Nong natapos na kami, pinapa take out namin ung natira naming chicken, basta nalang kinuha at inilapag sa table na naka brown bag, ni "heres ur take out sir" ganon man lang sana... Wala... Basta nalang tumalikod ung naghatid, sasabihin pa sana ng asawa q na bill out na kami kaso tumalikod na agad xa. Pinahabol pa ng sabi ng asawa ko. Ang sabi ng asawa ko isama pati gravy ang sabi papalitan nalang daw nya. Pag uwi namin ng bahay walang gravy. Nakakawalang ganang kumain, instead na makapag order pa sana ng iba para matikman pa iba nilang menu, mawawalan ka ng gana. Porque ba, di kami mayaman manamit? Porque ba, ganon lang order namin, porque ba pasarado na sila? Kumakain din naman kami sa ibang restaurant pero di ganon ang trato sa amin, pag upo namin bigay agad ang menu, nagtatanong kung may additional pa ba kaming order after ng order namin na i-serve. May courtesy sila, paglapit at pag abot ng bill ng take out ganyan. I mean, di naman sa pa importante kami pero iba ang costumer service nila. Sa kanila ko lang naranasan ang parang dinidedma ang...
