French Baker — Restaurant in Nueva Ecija

First off, the ambiance is really great. It is very cozy and there's a lot of empty chairs. I was excited because this is my first time trying it, especially the dine in. I ordered Chicken Cordon Bleu and Mint lemonade (Overall price is 450, 345 for the Cordon Bleu and 105 for the Lemonade). They first served the lemonade but I didn't try it first until the food was served. The food took a lot of time. I waited for about 30 minutes which was quite slow when there weren't a lot of customers when I came. After 30 minutes it was served, presentation wise it was okay. The food consists of cordon bleu, mashed potato with gravy, corn and carrot cubes, and rice. The rice was plain. i didn't like the mashed potato but I love the gravy. The cordon bleu tastes like how it's supposed to be. The mint lemonade is bomb though. It was great. Overall, it was a nice experience. The waiting time sucks but...

This is one of the chain's restaurants, we always find the same quality and very reasonable prices. I am French resident in the Philippines I chose this restaurant because it is the best and the closest to the cuisine of my country. The bread is delicious, the dishes are very varied and with good portions. The staff are welcoming and the management too. It is a good place for lunch or dinner alone or with the family and even to taste it enjoy the delicious butter pastry, especially the small "macaroons" scented. Cozy ambiance, choices of food include rice meals, pasta, sandwiches and much more. Salads are green and crisp , huge space, price comparable to other restaurants with same level standard, courteous staff, coffe and food is served hot, they baked their breads so you get only the freshest. Resto has piped in music with only classical music played, they have toilet inside the resto. generally, i would recommend this place for business and friends...
