Hotel Sogo - Cabanatuan — Hotel in Luzon

I came to this hotel just yesterday. Lebron they attempted to put me in the first time give me a major headache because i'm highly allergic to smoke! Ask the staff to move me the first time and then just send someone up to spray the room which may be dead and choke made my headache even worse . Eventually it got to the point where i couldn't even stay in the room many more so i just walked out and left . I did give me another round but it seems that all the rooms here have been smoke in or have the option of smoking in the room . At best i can give it to stars if i had to stay in that room any longer i would give it one star! It took to calls for the staff to do anything about it period to me it should only take one ask to transfer should immediately transfer! Masking the smell of does not f i x the problem! If you want more foreigners to come stay at your hotel you should have designated smoking rooms only and designated non-smoking rooms . I am a person that is highly sensitive to cigarette smoke give me instant headache the room was starting to make me really sick . There is also no blankets to cover yourself up with only 1 sheet! My thoughts probably won't come back only because i can stand a smoking room whatsoever . if you're a smoker the designated smoking rooms here are for you maybe you might like the rooms better because i give you that option but as a non-smoker it's terrible for me . And it's a no go no coming back for me! In terms of the last hotel i stayed in this is as a motel if i will make a suggestion to the owner or management of smoking should be stopped and all the rooms except for designated once i said this before i say it again . This was what's stopping me from coming back here ever again the lobby looks nice but the rooms are very dated also power outlets are...

I really didn't enjoy my stay too much at this hotel. The first night I got there the rooms were smoking rooms all of them. So if you're a smoker you would love this hotel. My personal opinion it should be called a motel not a hotel. The lobby was very nice but that's about all I can say about that the rooms were old and very dated. When I complain to the hotel staff they took a long time to switch me to a different room, when they switched me to a different room that was a smoking room as well and they put a lot of bleach in that room so it smells like smoking bleach it was just terrible. I am highly sensitive to smoke. The first room made me feel very ill they took their time about doing something about it and just sprayed some stuff which did not fix the situation. Hotel Sogo Cabanatuan is part of the Sogo chain is offered the same concept of room rental without reservation.
