I ordered 4 dishes and the food wasn't bad -of course, two of them were ramen

I understand that serving all the dishes at the same time is difficult, but each dish was served at a different time, and it took over 40 minutes to receive the last one

As soon as the first ramen was served and I started eating, the second ramen arrived Just as I was finishing both, the third dish, tteokbokki, was served even last menu, bibimbap didn't come out until i finished tteokbokki even though its been over 40 min

There are about 10 staffs in the restaurant While I was eating, the staff didn’t pay any attention to us at all, as they moved tables, did the dishes or chatted with each other.

So I went to the kitchen and asked when the bibimbap would be served, but everyone avoided me except for one person I directly asked. Even that person couldn't answer. When I said it was too late for us to eat the bibimbap and that we didn’t need it anymore, they didn’t respond and instead rushed to prepare it in the kitchen.

all staff didn't answer back when I said I wouldn't eat because I thought it was too rude SO When i asked where is the boss, they said the boss wasn't here then i asked again, where is the manager, of course, not here

Greeted by the annoyed and unfriendly face of the Korean lady (owner I guess) when we stepped in. This is my 3rd time to visit this restaurant and will also be my last. Ordered unlimited beef on grill. The beef was alright on the first order. Then it starts to get fattier and fattier. The second order was half fat, half meat and the third order was mostly fat with a thin slice of meat. Who wants to eat plain fat like that? It is such a disgrace to your customers. I ordered the bulgogi and it was excellent. My wife ordered simple ramen soup, and it really was just like instant noodles. So there was a big disparity. I got a beer and she got a screwdriver, which was very good. Small nibbler of kimchi was excellent. Service was very good. Place is very clean, with open kitchen and minimalist design.
