Thailand being our favorite go to country have enabled us to taste different preparations of their TomYum, Pad Thai and Pad krapow - just like our Adobo they have different takes on how they cook it. Vegetable Spring roll 🌕🌕🌓 the soy based dipping sauce is not something we prefer for spring rolls, peanut sauce would be better. Pad Thai 🌕🌕🌕🌕 I know a good pad Thai when I taste one and theirs is delicious, it really does taste like those you would find in the streets of bangkok. Salty, sweet, sour and a bit spicy. The only comment I have for this pad Thai is it’s a tiny bit sweet but delicious nonetheless, we even ordered one to go. Chicken Bagoong Rice 🌕🌕🌕 the right balance of bagoong and rice, the chicken is stir fried almost burnt tocino flavor, soft but nothing too special about it. Tom yum 🌕🌕🌕🌕 Just like Pad Thai, I know a good Tom Yum when I taste one. This Tom Yum is delicious, I do want it a bit more sour. Theirs doesn’t have mussels and squid. Pad krapow Pork 🌕🌕🌓 this was such a let down, the pad krapow tasted like burnt tapa. The flavor over powered the freshness of the basil. The texture also doesn’t work for us plus it’s a bit oily. Chicken Pandan 🌕🌕🌕🌓 I never really get excited by chicken pandans as most if the time it’s only the outer meat that has the aroma and flavor but not this one, it’s was fried to perfection, juicy soft meat which tasted like it was marinated (soy based) really well. Not everything we had were winners but they do have menu items that we really like, It’s a restaurant we will return to definitely.

We came in for a late lunch and didn't have to wait for a table. We started with some fresh spring rolls and the catfish salad. The spring rolls were a little sad - very small prawns and barely any flavor even with the sauce that came with it. I can't quite put my finger on what it needed. The catfish salad was tasty but could have used more mango given the amount of catfish included. For our mains, we ordered the pork par kra pao with the morning glory as veg. The pad kra pao was tasty but didn't have the Thai flavor profile (or kick of heat) that one would expect for this dish. The morning glory dish was very hearty and cooked well - I was honestly surprised at how much they served given both the catfish salad and the pad kra pao felt small for portions meant for 2-3 people. For drinks we had the Thai milk tea and the Thai Ice coffee and both were okay but not notable. Service felt a little slow for an afternoon with few other customers but the staff were pleasant enough.

We ordered: Tom Yum Kung - 4/5 Because its too oily the staff said , because of the coconut milk, I dont think so, kasi di naman naiga ung coconut milk. Spring Rolls - 1/5 Can barely taste the glass noodles or the meat inside ba un, and the sauce is 0/5 Pad Thai - 2/5 Was very excited for this dish but was so disappointed, stayed in Thailand for 3weeks and did a resto hopping for the best Pad Thai. I can say this one is no match. It’s lacking of Thai signature tangy taste, and taste like it was cook out of hate. Thai Coffee - 3/5 Too sweet. And made a mistake. Thought I ordered Thai Milktea. Overall. Wouldn’t order again if I crave Thai food. Not recommended. Better go to Thai Mango or Ninong’s Thai-Food Restaurant!
