Lola Nena's Aguirre — Restaurant in Parañaque

Before my review here's a PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT. This is only a TAKE OUT/PICK-UP/DELIVERY NOOK. NO DRIVE THROUGH, NO INDOOR/OUTDOOR DINING. They have chairs for waiting customers and delivery drivers.

Food: Lola Nena's food are still great. They serve freshly baked goods everyday, and freshly fried donuts. Tastes great and portion to price ratio is absolutely worth it.

Service: This is a take out window. Not a lot of interaction. The glass pane that separates the customer from the staff muffles so much sound its hard to hear what they're saying from the inside especially when the noise from everywhere else further diminishes the staffs' voices. More of a design flaw that's easily fixable. 1 star removed.

Atmosphere: This is just a take out nook and delivery nook. Only people around know this. They need to change the descriptions everywhere and make sure that people are aware that it is what it is. Another thing: yes it's just a take out and delivery nook but the wait area is not really a place to wait at. It's just outside and what separates the customer from the staff and the kitchen is the glass barrier that muffles the sound of the staff even with the cut out holes for the talking which isn't even mouth level or face level of people. If you want to buy from here just open your phone and have it delivered to your place (unless you need a lot because they now limit the number of purchases/boxes people can make from the app. Unfair and...

Lola Nena is Lola Nena, so you will expect the quality of the product to be outstanding and very good, but the fact that it is located inside BF Homes makes it quite a hassle, imagine it located far in Aguirre Ave. and if you are not living inside BF Homes and you just want to buy for pasalubong, you will need to exit in the same gate you entered, example you are heading south and you entered thru president ave. gate, you need to go back and instead of using the gate along...

Ordered some Triple Cheese Donuts. We're glad that they discounted it for both my PWD partner and senior mother.

However, it was not served hot. Not sure if this is how it's normally served.

My partner asked to have it heated but their microwave is broken. Since malapit lang kami from the branch, it would have been nice to have consumed it immediately while warm.
