This was a good find of a restaurant last night as we were quite hungry after an hour-long massage.

Can't go wrong with the Beef Salpicao. Yum. Not sure if there was another entry, but since it was under like a pre-main meal category, the serving size was a bit on the smaller side. Although, I think it's still just about enough for one normal eater.

The Cerdo Asado is simply roast pig with some vegetables on the side. Don't let the latter part of its name fool you into conjuring thoughts of the fillings of that one popular white-colored steamed bun. Nothing like that. Think of it like liempo instead, but this one is slow roasted for 3 hours. Yes, belly portions. Expect fat and some crunchiness (skin part), while the meat is tender.

Lastly, the Dalandan Juice was mostly on the sweeter side rather than sour. A bit too sweet, less the zing.

Definitely worth going back to this place for a taste of their other dishes. Perhaps sip...

Hope they could improve their speed of service

Our first attempt to dine in here was a failure. It was lunchtime on one of the weekend and it was closed. Our second attempt was unexpectedly a success. It was dinnertime on a Friday and it was open. This was our second choice since other nearby restaurants were already fully booked.

There were about two tables that were already occupied when we got into the place. The lady crew was pleasing to get our table and to place our order. And that was it.

All else were slow. We were hungry and they served the food around an hour later. We wanted to order more (after our food were served) but they can no longer accommodate it since it will only be served after the other customers' order.

We were not expecting this but still hoping they could improve somehow since they have good reviews and they are just few Spanish cuisine in this area. Good thing, the lady crew is nice and the interior...

Limited parking space available, but a helpful attendant will assist you in parking your vehicle as Aguirre St is a wheel clamping/towing zone. The place gives off a mix of fine dining and homey, family dining vibes. Food is delicious and they have buffets at times. I was craving for paella Negra on this visit, and I left very satisfied. It was spiced just right and not salty, and all the rice was cooked evenly. Great for both dates and family occasions. Reservations are recommended as limited seating is...
