Blake's Wings & Steaks - Ayala Malls Feliz — Restaurant in Pasig

Ordered grilled cheese and tomato soup, mozzarella sticks, truffle chips, and an iced tea. Grilled cheese & soup + mozzarella arrived after more than 30 minutes of waiting, long after the pasta of the table across us arrived (who came in and ordered after us). I noticed the table across us were already eating their pasta so i decided to follow up on our order, which arrived promptly after. Only tomato soup, grilled cheese, and mozzarella sticks were served. Soup was lukewarm, like it had been left sitting on the counter long after it was cooked. Server informed us that the chips would be out in 5 mins. I said okay. I was on the last bite of my sandwich when a server approached us and informed me the chips were out of stock, and asked if i would like to replace them with fries. I declined and said something along the lines of “it might take you an hour to cook it, we’re already done with our food”. Iced tea never arrived. I asked for the bill and i was wowed by how quickly it came. My two cents for the management: If your starters take almost an hour to come out, either change your starters or train your staff to make them faster. Starters, from the name, should be eaten at the start of the meal. Imagine had we ordered mains, how long would that have taken. If your servers take the same amount of time to inform the customer that a certain dish is out of stock, better retrain your staff in customer service and inventory organization. 2nd time going here in this branch. Unfortunately, my sister's order of steak was not cooked properly. We tried to ask to redo it and the chef only returned her plate saying that it was medium-well. I don't understand the point of providing 5 options of cooked steak when they'll only honor 3 out of 5.

The first time she got medium-well, the steak has a pink tint inside and easy to cut while the outside is not too dark. But this time, she got well done and the steak is too dark on the outside, already cold, and hard to cut. Very disappointing. She ended up not eating most of the steak. Waste of money.

Also, the atmosphere is mid. The staff are at a random. Most would be friendly and aware that they are working in service while some seems indifferent with their surroundings. As if they don't really want to work but needs to get paid. Take note, our 2nd time her was brunch. We arrive with 1-2 tables occupued.

Overall, maybe next time don't offer 5 options for the steak and just stick to 3 which would be easy for the chef to cook if they can't cook properly. And keep all waiters in their top conditions (this is mostly for the female servers as well, ironic.)

Our 1st experience was at least okay, that's why we chose to return. But this 2nd visit in this branch might turn out to be the last if there are no...

My wife and I visited for dinner. We arrived at 6:40 pm, we hadn't made a reservation, we were told to wait, and fill out an order slip. The restaurant was only half-full, so there was no good reason to make us wait. I ordered the 400g ribeye(i asked for medium) with 3 sides, wings for my wife, and 2 cokes.

We waited for another 15 minutes in line before we were sitted at our table around 7:06 pm, other guests we're sitted after us. We've waited for all the tables to be filled before We were given water and snacks while we waited for our orders. The waitstaffs didn't inform us how long our order would take, so I guess 30 min should be enough for a medium steak and 1/2kg wings.

All the tables around us were given their orders. We only got our cokes. We sat there almost an hour!, i told my wife that we should get up and leave around 7:40pm,but i was patient enough to wait until 7:50pm. All the tables around us were about to finish their meals (those tables had 4-6 people in it), it's just the 2 of us at our table why is there no one serving us our meal? The waitstaff weren't looking at us while they served other people's food. Why?? I am not paying for an incompetent service as such. I decided to just get up and leave. You made us look pathetic.
