Not a happy experience with this branch on the day of my bday. Tis the first time I got disappointed with Ramen Nagi's server , usually there's no problem to other branches until we went on my birthday and there's a server named Jey or Jay ( a girl ). It was my bday and I availed the birthday promo. We dine around 10:30am so there's only 3tables occupied around that time. The server doesn't say anything rude but she showed it multiple times by glaring at me with side eyes, I caught her looking at me. By NOT giving me my ramen despite of raising my hands (she gave it to other even though they pointed out that that was for me) She's rude by handing out the bill on the side table without informing( btw i was talking and facing other side). And then by not coming despite calling for paying the bill. After minutes of waiting finally someone went and took my payment.
I do not recommend this branch as long as she's there.
To Jay/Jey: Kindly review the dos and don'ts of the payment methods before being mad at me,. Be mad to yourself for not understanding the common...
Read moreI recently visited Ramen Nagi at Ayala Malls Feliz and ordered their signature Butao King, and it was a satisfying experience!
The Butao King lived up to its reputation with a deeply rich and creamy tonkotsu broth. The flavor was bold but not overwhelming, striking a great balance of umami and depth. The noodles were cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of chewiness. The chashu was tender and flavorful, adding a delicious meaty component to the dish.
What I appreciated most was the customization — I opted for a medium spice level and firm thick noodles, and the result was exactly to my liking. The garlic and sesame toppings added an extra layer of aroma and flavor.
The staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant’s modern ambiance made it a comfortable spot for a casual meal. Ramen Nagi is a go-to for ramen lovers, and I’d recommend the Butao King to anyone looking for a classic, hearty bowl.
Definitely worth a...
Read moreVery disappointed with Ramen Nagi, it’s really not like how it used to be. Feels like they’re trying too hard now, there’s too much going on in the ramen that it loses the simple, rich flavor they were once known for.
Ordered Wonder Kakuni King and Butao King for my girlfriend, but honestly, there’s barely any difference in taste, even though the Kakuni is much more expensive. What’s the point?
Nagi karaage and gyoza are still okay, and the chashu rice is just average. Tamago came late too, it should’ve been served with the ramen. The only thing I actually liked was the free Nagi chips, and that’s the only reason this review isn’t 1 star.
To top it off, when we asked to take out the karaage and gyoza, there was no sauce and even the cabbage was missing when we checked at home.
Sadly, this will be the last time I’ll be...
