BonChon Chicken — Restaurant in Pasig

There is no management here. Been waiting for my food for at least 30 minutes.

Staff: they all wear heavy makeup (which i found quite funny) and...

Very rude. I asked 2 times "follow up please" they looked at me and didnt say anything. Like...i got ignored TWICE. Tone of voice: not exactly rude but...quite unpleasant. As if they don't wanna work or something. Manner: lazily dragging shoes across the floor - carinderia style. Service: they didnt serve me the drink after i paid (drink included) like other bon chon stores. So probably not following process closely. They also forget to serve spoon and fork with the food. They are so scattered. Also didnt inform me that food was gonna take like 30 mins to prep. Again not following process i guess. Cos other stores DO inform me that kind of stuff.

Manager: The same. As if this is her family business. She was seen mixing some ice cream concoction without any hairnet or gloves on.

Store: Toilet: closed Handwash area: closed. Faucet glue-taped and cannot be used. Aircon: good condition. Floor and general cleanliness: solid 2/5.

Manager dumping icecream without any...

Ordered most of the time through the foodpanda app. I can't take this anymore, I've always been a fan of BonChon but this branch, specifically BonChon-Caruncho, has continuously smeared BonChon's image. The management has to know.

First, the food. Most of the time that I ordered for delivery, the food ALWAYS has this specific taste that it's about to SPOIL. I get it that I'm ordering mostly during or before midnight but we don't deserve to be served food that has been cooked maybe since morning or that has been under the heat lamp for how many hours.

Dining in was no different. Had the chance to dine in and seated near the counter when all of a sudden, something bit my arm. It was a COCKROACH. Imagine the horror. The place could use some cleaning too. And the aircondition near the counter was always leaking, I don't know if they got it fixed by now.

All I could say is that you should get this place checked out. Needs major improvement in terms of cleanliness of the dining area, as well as major concerns in food preparations.

BONCHON - CARUNCHO....

I've been a regular at this Bon Chon branch since it's nearby, mostly ordering through Grab or Food Panda since the pandemic. I end up spending more money here than anywhere else, especially on group meals almost every other week. But I've only dined in person three times, mainly for their Bingsu dessert.

Every time I try to order Bingsu for dine in, it's unavailable. Today, we decided to try their yogurt and it tastes good but I wish they fix their Bingsu machine since it is a big reason I go there in person.

Also, they don't accept card payments, which is a hassle, especially being right across from Pasig City Hall. It's the same issue with Mang Inasal nearby, and you'd expect a central location like this to offer card payments.

Additionally, I was waiting for the cashier to give me my receipt but she never did (feels illegal).
