Jollibee - Pasig Market — Restaurant in Pasig

I ordered food from them via grabfood which was a Saas, I was surprised to see that the delivery rider only gave 1 out of 3 items, which was surprising as the receipt provided was just circled with - 1 on the 2 items which I HAD NO IDEA EVEN THE RIDER, these two items needed spoons but the crew or whoever gave the item to the rider still provided the spoons, what am I going to with these?? Scoop the cold hard ass fries with the spoons like a claw? Such a waste of time and money, this is not the first time this has occured to me, never again going to this branch. Such an experience could be avoided by a crew who has communication between the rider and the recipient. Disrespectful and utter bs. The note was provided ON the receipt not AT the rider, how will I know the unavailability...

July 15, 2024 8:36pm..it was raining that day so I requested to double the paper bag because we're riding a motorcycle..the cashier asked his superior bout my request but she didn't approved..so I asked if they have any plastic bag, she then insisted that it's "BAWAL" daw..since they're not allowed to have plastic bags for the food they sell, might as well BE CONSIDERATE on customer's requests like double paper bag for the food they bought in your store specially on rainy days/nights..not all customers asked for another paper bag so why can't BE GENEROUS when a customer asked for one..SO...

The location is within the vicinity of the major marketplace in the city (Pasig City Mega Market), which is one of the busiest places in Pasig.
