KFC — Restaurant in Pasig

I went to KFC with my classmates and my teacher. The food may be good but the service is so bad. They really don't have other crews to assist you. And the manager is handling the cashier. Their Gravy station thing is faulty and it's empty. Like they don't even assist the Gravy thing. And you have to go to the cashier to get the gravy. And when I ask to have gravy you have to get your plate and since I don't have a plate because I ordered a bucket of fries and their hotshots. So again when I ask the cashier which is the manager handling it he just stares at me and ignores me, just because I don't have a plate for the gravy. I can really enjoy eating KFC if their service is very good. I hope to improve their service someday so others can...

We tried to eat here, but the food—the butter chicken—is very soggy and doesn't taste good at all, the soup is bland, and the service is really poor. Hi KFC, please retrain your staff to accommodate diners and have them utilise the second floor. My family came in tonight at 8:30pm and was refused to dine in on the second floor for whatever reason. First floor was already at full capacity. Instead of dining in, we just decided to take out our food as the staff advised us that the 2nd floor of this clearly 24 hour open branch was already closed? My guess is they probably do not want to clean the 2nd floor 😔 Absolutely...
