Bad experience
I came here together with 2 seniors that has some walking issues. So we opted to park in the pwd parking slot but to my surprised employees motorcycles are parked in the pwd parking slot. (Picture only shows 1 but this was already after we ate, when we arrive there was 3. So my parking was kind of adjusted and not on the proper parking slot)
I told the guard on duty about but she only replied: "Tuwing Sunday lang naman po yan sir, konti kasi customer" I was shocked and told the guard what if a pwd that requires wheelchair needs the slot? She did not respond anymore.
2nd issue - They have this rule where they separate receipts for dine in and take out orders. The cashier said, sir we will just put the take out orders on another receipt. My question is, why don't they honor senior discount on the 2nd receipt if they were the one who decodes to split the receipts? I did not ask them to split it. It is the stores policy to split it because it is for take out order. The take out orders was for the 2 seniors with me because they will eat the food later at home since no one can prepare food for them for dinner. Although they honored it for the dine in orders, but again i was not the one who split the receipts for dine in and take out. It is the stores rule, they should honor the senior discounts again on the take out. See receipt pics
3rd issue - so we ordered our dine in foods, take out food and dine in foods includes halohalo (2pcs) Who the f is in the right mind will serve halo halo first? Don't you have trainings regarding this? We did not mention to serve it last but cmon, serve it atleast together with the other dine in foods. But what they did is served first the halohalo (dessert) then 10mins later the take out food, and after 5mins our dine in foods was served. It took 15mins since the halohalo was served before we ate the reg foods.
I hope someone from the store reads this feedback so they can make necessary changes...

Read moreI like the food at Chowking, which is why I’m giving it a high rating. But honestly, that’s about it for this branch. The staff here aren’t very friendly, and the place isn’t great either. Most of the time, the aircon isn’t working, which makes it pretty uncomfortable to dine in.
We live nearby, but I don’t usually eat here. We just order through Grab instead. There was even a time back in 2020 when they forgot to include our drinks in the order. We had to dispute it, but thankfully, it was resolved.
If they could fix the aircon and improve how the staff treats customers, this branch would be so much better. For now, it’s just the food keeping me...
