The food was delicious but I ended up disappointed with the service.

After I had already paid for the bill, I was informed that the item we had ordered for dessert was out of stock.

They should’ve checked if it was in stock right at the beginning when I ordered it, instead of checking after I had already paid the bill in its entirety.

So I asked for a refund, but after 15-20 minutes they still weren’t able to issue me a refund due to an IT issue.

In the end I had to pay an extra 200 pesos for a different dessert, that I didn’t even want to begin with, because they wouldn’t give me a refund.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the way the manager handle this issue. The service up until that point had been good. But having to wait an extended period of time, almost up to 30 minutes, just for them to not resolve the matter and charge me extra is...
