This experience left me really disappointed, especially since I’ve always associated Jollibee with warm hospitality and cheerful service. The store is advertised as being open 24 hours, so my aunt and I decided to dine in and catch up — a rare moment since we don’t see each other often. Unfortunately, that special time was cut short by the rude behavior of one of the crew members. We were quietly seated on the side and enjoying our food when we noticed that the staff started cleaning up. That’s understandable, but it wasn’t even 10 PM yet. The crew member started pacing near our table with his hands on his hips, giving us sharp looks and making loud comments like, “I still have a lot to clean.” It was obvious that he wanted us to feel uncomfortable and leave. If he really needed to clean that area because he was about to end his shift, he could’ve simply and politely asked us to move to another table. We would’ve gladly done so. But instead of showing professionalism, he chose to make us feel like we were a nuisance. What’s worse is that when we decided to stand up and leave out of respect, he slammed things on the table and walked off with attitude. That was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. I was honestly shocked at how someone working in customer service could act that way. Ironically, he was quite good-looking, which makes it even more disappointing — because no matter how nice someone looks, it doesn’t excuse poor manners.
I really hope Jollibee management addresses this. Customers come not just for the food, but also for the experience. This kind of behavior drives people away. Respect and kindness should never disappear, no matter how tired or near the end of...

Even though it's for delivery you shouldn't just gave out a piece of chicken that is SO SMALL. I requested that I wanted to have a Thigh or Breast part, and if any of the two are not available just pick a Big part of the chicken you have. Please read carefully on your customer's order online.
