Words can never explain how disappointed I am from this branch. I've been taking my lunch in this branch ever since I started working at Silver City because Mcdo offers great and affordable variety of meals. However, the cashier/sc who is named SHEEN" has a EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT PERSONALITY. Every single time we choose to take our lunch at Mcdo, SHE WILL ALWAYS ALWAYS DISPLAY HER UNPLEASANTNESS TOWARDS US, THE CUSTOMERS. I know that working in the food industry as a service crew is challenging, and it's even more challenging esp when you're in a graveyard shift. I also understand that she may be dealing with personal problems and baggages. BUT AREN'T WE ALL GOING THROUGH THAT? I mean, I'm working on a BPO company, we also are scheduled in a night shift, we also face and serve customers, and most of the times, the calls that we receive can be stressful and it can affect us yes, but we know that part of accepting the job order and signing contract from our company is to display professionalism and do our best to separate our emotions esp the negative ones in able for us to do our job well and for us to maintain our customers. I'm not comparing our jobs, and I'm not telling that our job is much more challenging than being a service crew. But my point is, your staff, "SHEEN" accepted this position then she must know what to expect and how to deal with customers. Whenever we're ordering food, she would either us on hold, whenever we request for our incomplete orders, or ask for a gravy refill, or ask for utensils, MAGDADABOG siya and iuutos sa ibang crew. I get that multiple orders can be overwhelming, but this is a message to the management of this branch, pumwesto kayo sa lugar na pinalilibutan ng BPO companies. Usually, our lunch is only 1hr. How can we maximize our time if laging ang kupad ng service tapos yung staff niyo hindi pa masaya? Nagdadabog lagi? Our breaks and lunch is our only way to you know take a breather and rest. Tapos ang pangit ng customer service na mae-experience namin? Ang bagal? Don't reason out na kulang kayo sa tao, if kulang kayo sa tao, then take actions. The food was great, as expected from Jollibee. The classic Chickenjoy was perfectly crispy, and the spaghetti was flavorful with just the right amount of sweetness. While everything met our expectations, there’s still a little room for improvement in the variety for special occasions like this.

We waited patiently for our food to be served. We did not mind the long wait because we know they are preparing our food. To our dismay after 15mins they served us THE SUPER COLD QUARTER POUNDER AND CHEESE BURGER WE EVER TRIED in all McDonald's fast food chain. The Fries was not newly cooked too. It's heartbreaking. WHAT A SHAME MCDONALD'S TIENDESITAS BRANCH. YOU BROKE MY HEART!
After the shocking revelation of our food. We asked one of the crew if they can replace it with a newly cooked fries and burgers. She said she will replace it and give us the food that we really want, after a few minutes she came back with our food, fresh from THE MICROWAVE. WHAT A SHAME! AGAIN! McDonald's TIENDESITAS BRANCH.
