I dined at this resto a few years ago, maybe 2018 or 2019, and I ordered my favorite Chicken Biryani. In most restos, you can try to request your preferred parts - white or dark meat. Some would oblige, others won't. That is fine. I made my usual request and was told that the parts are pre-mixed/pre-portioned so they can't guarantee which parts will be served. I was fine with that as well. Unfortunately, when my order came, I was appalled to see that they were just neck parts. I raised my concern with the server, and, as always, no one with authority was present to offer a good explanation and address the issue. Because of that, I refused to patronize them again. Fast forward to yesterday, when my companion convinced me to give them another try. I am pleased to share that my experience this time was in stark contrast to that from years ago. As expected, I ordered my Chicken Biryani and tried to request my preferred parts and I must say, it was one of the BEST Chicken Biryani I've had. Not only was I able to get the parts that I liked, the overall taste was EXCELLENT! I also tried my companion's Shish Kebab and it was also very good. I plan to go back and try the other items on their menu. Kudos to whoever made whatever improvements since my previous visit and hope that they will able to maintain the quality their food.

A survivor of the lockdowns due to the pandemic. Om Indian Kitchen is a small and cozy restaurant; and they don't have as extensive a menu as other Indian restaurants. I haven't been here for a couple of years. I've read the reviews about this restaurant not being authentic in flavors and recipes; especially with a Filipino chef/cook in the kitchen. However, if Filipinos can cook Japanese, Italian, French, Spanish, and other dishes; I have no problems with Filipinos cooking Indian dishes. Maybe the flavors won't be as great as those cooked by someone from the Indian subcontinent, or the flavors have been adapted to local tastes; but if my palate is happy, I don't mind. I've had meals in Indian or Pakistani restaurants many times; and I can't say I always found their dishes to my liking. The Daal Tadka Soup was a very good starter. It raised my appetite, and I was eager to get to my main meal. The Goan Fish Curry was as good as in other Indian restaurants I've been to. The portions were not as big as in other restaurants; but they were just right in size. I finished everything, and had no leftovers or excess to take home. They accomodated my request for a mild spicy variation of my orders. The staff was very friendly. I left the restaurant satisfied and happy. Yes; will visit again.

Good taste. If you have any special requirement / modification in dish, you can ask and they will help you in that.. today I had rotis with rajma. It is so tasty . And I am happy. As far as cost is concerned, then we need concentrate few things 1) cost of living 2) what food you are having. And Is it home country food? 3) quality 4) quantity 5) quantity of place If you see all above point for this hotel and food then cost is very reasonable. But Yes, same food if you have in India then it will be cheaper in cost. Over all - 5 star.

The food doesn't taste fresh and the naan isn't good. The staffs talk back on other customers who just left and the vibes is really off overall. It's like not very om. We love indian food and eat them a lot so I know what Dal makhani should taste like, that one wasn't very satisfying at all. The paneer tastes good anyway so I give them 2 stars. The Indian dude inside the kitchen was cool, but the woman staff in the kitchen was just off, she was talking loud and complaining, she probably thought we don't understand tagalog. We're disappointed because we went here because of the good reviews, we didn't expect it to...
