Tita Ada, I just want to thank you for creating these juices to advocate health and wellness for consumers like me.
My juices were meant for detox. In fact to be honest, I did not follow any instructions so I would just drink four to five bottles and two ginger shots a day- one for breakfast with a bottle of kombucha, lunch, merienda, yoga practice, and dinner. I still have a couple of juices left so I will drink each remaining bottle of juices for dinner this week.
It so happened that I battled a terrible cough (almost like allergies that it’s hard to breathe when you keep coughing) and some colds this week. Since I have been on juice detox from Thursday to Saturday, the ginger especially and other healthy components seem to have helped kill bacteria on my throat so it’s easier for me to expel via cough or blowing of nose. The juices are coupled with yoga and boxing exercise, some protein which started today (fish, beef, tempura, some rice), and some bayabas in the evening.
Now, I feel much better with less cough. I feel conscious kasi in meetings when I have to step out to cough out loud in an area.
As a bonus from my three-day juice detox, I was able to shed my water weight — resulting in around 55-56 kgs to 52.5 kgs — then normalizing to 53.3-53.8 kgs.
Appreciate you, Tita Ada! I am moving to Thailand for work starting April earliest (only for around two years), and I’m wondering how to purchase — maybe I will have it delivered at home then time it when my husband and daughter travel to Thailand for monthly...
Read moreI am, well I have to say now I was a customer of The Gardens for 5 years and never have I experienced such rude and unwelcoming treatment by staff ever before than today by Anthony. We sat outside and ordered when I told him that I'm a bit surprised about how unclean the table is. Instead of taking my advise to heart he raised his voice and almost shouted that tables are cleaned every day and the reason is the dust and polution as its outside and that if I don't like it I can sit inside where the tables are clean. My wife then stated that we just ate lunch in another establishment nearby and outside as well and the table wasn't dirty at all. His answer was... "then you can go back there again". When I asked him what's with the attitude he just walked away. Trust me when I say the table was completely covered in dirt and sticky from food as well and not only dust, else I wouldn't raise such concern. It was dust indeed, leftover from foods and other dirt and stains. All thumbs down! It says alot about the management as well that nobody has contacted me about my review and complaint after more than...
Read moreWe went there yesterday morning to have breakfast. Someone was inside and thru the glass we were making signs to ask for opening hours since it says CLOSED. We knocked gently and the guy inside (he didn’t look Filipino) taised 10 fingers so we figured it opens at 10:00am. It was 9:59am when we knocked. We waited tho he still wouldn’t open nor look at us even though clock struck 10am already. We waited till 10:05am and knocked again. Gently. Respectfully. And… he didn’t even budge. He didn’t look. He just continued with his business which was he seemed like cleaning some glasses or something not sure. But yeah, we left him with the resolve never will we come back to this resto because of how disrepectful that man was to potential customers. A simple “Sorry, I am still cleaning some things up here, is it ok to wait a few more minutes?” would have been great and understandable. But no. He...
