I recently had the pleasure of dining at Racks in Tiendesitas, and the experience was nothing short of delightful. Our choice for the evening was the fall-off-the-bone full slab of their new "Racks x Coca Cola" flavored ribs, and it left us craving for more.

The restaurant's ambience was inviting, with the familiar and comforting Racks aesthetic. It provided the perfect setting for a laid-back and enjoyable meal. The subdued lighting and warm tones contributed to a relaxed atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for a casual dinner.

Food is as expected of the chain with little to no deviation.

Service at this branch however is terrible. Staff are not actively present and tend to hang around at the back. When we first entered, it took a bit before anyone greeted us and led us to a table. Food would also take longer than usual to arrive even if it wasn't busy. Staff would again disappear at times for no particular reason. For this reason, water service was very poor and getting the bill also took a while.

Atmosphere is also rather poor. The restaurant has terrible acoustics and the tables, tableware, and condiment bottles do not feel...

Ribs were delicious but had so much cartilage, service was pretty slow despite us ordering one item only, especially when we asked for refills. The manager was busy seeing people off but couldn’t even attend to other customers who were asking for the bills and refills, he bosses it all around to the staff who were only 2 guys (maybe he’s lazy?) Kudos to the staff who were cleaning the tables, taking orders, giving refills and giving tables...
